Prince William plays bingo
Prince William, 24, visited a bingo club in Reading UK, near the Sandhurst military academy where he is an officer cadet.
The Prince visited the club last Friday, where he signed up to become a member using the name William Harry, before paying £5 for a book of five tickets and playing along with regulars. He spent nearly an hour playing the game with 10 friends from Sandhurst but went away empty-handed.
Before speaking with the other Members and signing the back of bingo cards, the heir to the throne tried to keep his identity a secret, saying he was a look-alike, but the laughing from his friends meant he had to own up.
A Clarence House spokesperson confirmed: “Prince William made a private visit to the bingo. He was on a fun night out with a small group of fellow Sandhurst cadets at the time.”
