Clouds are gathering over the UK bingo halls, with the imminent arrival of the ban on smoking in public places, the new law comes into force in England on the 1st July.

With a poll suggesting that more than 70% of Bingo players in England enjoy lighting up during the games.  There is potential for an exodus from Bingo halls by smokers who are unwilling to accept that they cannot now smoke whilst playing their bingo.
