Hong Su-hyeon to star in ‘BINGO” Musical

Actress Hong Su-hyeon, who currently stars in ‘The King Dae Joyoung’ on KBS TV, will make her musical debut on the 19th October on the stage of ‘Bingo.’

Hong will take on the role of Alison, who enters the world of Bingo for her mother. She will show off her singing and dancing skills on stage for the first time.

‘Bingo,’ which debuted in California in the U.S. in 2001, is the story of the friendship between Bingo-playing middle-aged women.

Hong, who is simultaneously juggling drama shoots and practices for the musical, said she wanted to seek new horizons for acting through the musical. She added that although she finds it difficult to sing and dance at the same time, the experience is helping her brush up her acting skills and she is having a great time.

Glasgow woman scoops first bingo club £1m

A mother-of-two from Glasgow has become Britain’s first online bingo club millionaire, just weeks after being made redundant.
Margaret Shearer, 46, scooped the £1m jackpot at a lunchtime bingo session at a Bingo club in the city.

Ms Shearer, who was playing with her mother Margaret Money, only went to the game because she had lost her job at a biscuit factory three weeks ago.

The win came just weeks after the gaming laws were relaxed to allow such huge prizes in clubs.

Ms Shearer, from the Ruchazie area of Glasgow, had worked at the McVitie’s factory in Glasgow until she was laid off last month.

BINGO SANTA WINS EARLY CHRISTMAS JP

A 61year old man from Coatbridge Scotland has seen his nickname earn him an early Christmas present.
